Returns and refunds policy


Thanks for shopping at www.em-microscope.com. We want to ensure that you have a rewarding experience while you are exploring, evaluating and purchasing our products and accessories.


Returns


If, for whatever reason, you change your mind and would like to return all or any products after delivery to you, you have the right to cancel your order and return them to us within 14 days of the date they were delivered to you.

You will be required to inform us of your intention to return at returns@em-microscope.com and include a copy of your original order invoice and/or order reference number at which point we will provide a postal address for you to send the goods back to us. The goods must be returned with all accessories, packaging, instructions and any other items included with it at the time of sale.

You must take reasonable care of the goods and return them in their original and undamaged condition. If any of the goods are damaged, we may offset the amount of your refund by the diminished value of the good(s). Please note, that it is your responsibility to ensure the safe delivery of the goods back to us and therefore we do recommend that you organise a tracked, ‘signed for’ and insured delivery service. Your refund will be processed once the order has been received back by us.

Faulty items


If an item that you have purchased is discovered to be faulty within 30 days of the delivery of the product, you may request a refund, repair or exchange.

As soon as you notice any faults, please contact us at returns@em-microscope.com, include your order number and a description of the faults - at which point we will provide a postal address for you to send the goods back to us.

The goods must be returned with all accessories, packaging, instructions and any other items included with it at time of sale. You must take reasonable care of the goods and return them in their original condition. Your exchange/refund will be processed once the item has been received back by us.

Faulty items after 30 days


If an item that you have purchased is discovered to be faulty after 30 days of the delivery of the product, we will offer you a repair service or failing that a replacement. We do advise that repairs can take up to 4 weeks, however, the turnaround time is often a lot shorter than this.
